My band size is 25 so I get 30 and my bust is 34 so i get a D size but my boobs are not that big how come i get a D size

If I had a bra that fit, I would not be looking for one. If I measure the cup the way you say in a non padded bra I have I will still not get the right size cup as I am measuring in an ill fitting bra!
